Cockroach Control
Gel baiting and targeted spraying for kitchens, food areas, drains and service ducts.
See detailsRodent work is less about what gets applied and more about understanding the route. Rats and mice follow fixed runs along walls, pipe lines and racking. Control means finding those runs, putting the right thing in the right place, and then closing the way in.
Bait is placed in tamper-resistant stations positioned on the active runs, away from where children, pets or staff can reach them. In kitchens, food premises and clinics we lean towards trapping instead, because a rodent dying inside a wall cavity in a food area creates a worse problem than the one you started with. Which method we use depends on the premises, and we will tell you which one applies and why.
Mice get through a gap the width of a pen; young rats through a gap about the size of a two-rupee coin. If the entry points stay open, you are committing to baiting forever. We identify the gaps we can see — around pipe and cable entries, under doors, broken drain covers, ventilation grilles, gaps behind fitted units — and tell you which ones need sealing. Some of that is basic maintenance your own team can do.
Commercial rodent work is usually an ongoing programme rather than a one-off visit, with stations mapped and checked on a schedule. For food businesses that also gives you a record to show during an audit. Tell us the size of the premises and what is stored when you enquire.
On safety: the correct clearance and re-entry time depends on the specific product applied at your premises. Your technician will give you those instructions on the day, and you should follow them rather than any general rule you read online.

Tell us a little about the problem and we will come back with the method and the price.
It is possible with baiting, which is exactly why we prefer trapping in kitchens, food premises and clinics. If it happens, tell us and we will try to locate and remove it. Discuss this with us before we decide the method for your property.
Bait is placed in tamper-resistant stations positioned out of reach, but no rodenticide is harmless. Tell us before the visit if you have small children or pets so we can position stations accordingly or use trapping instead.
A small domestic problem is often handled in one visit plus a check. Warehouses, godowns, food premises and buildings with ongoing pressure from outside usually need a scheduled programme rather than a one-off.
We identify the gaps we can find and tell you what needs closing. Actual structural proofing work — masonry, grilles, door bottoms — is often best done by your own maintenance team or a contractor. Ask us at quotation stage what we can take on for your premises.
