Residential Pest Control in Pune & PCMC

Flats, bungalows, row houses and whole housing societies across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad — from a single kitchen to a full building.

Signs you are dealing with this

  • Cockroaches appearing on the kitchen platform or around the sink at night
  • Ant trails along window frames, platforms and skirting
  • Bites appearing overnight, with dark spotting along mattress seams
  • Mud tubes on walls or skirting, or hollow-sounding door frames
  • Scratching in the false ceiling, or droppings behind the fridge and in storage

Most homes do not need everything treated. They need the right thing treated properly. We work out which pest you actually have, where it is living, and what that specific problem needs — rather than applying a standard package to every flat.

Flats and apartments

Kitchen and bathroom work is the bulk of it: gel baiting and crack-and-crevice treatment around the platform, sink, drain mouths, appliance housings and storage. Bedroom work is normally bed bugs. Balcony and terrace work is normally mosquitoes. Be aware that in an apartment building, cockroaches and ants move between flats through the common plumbing shaft, so a single-flat treatment can be undone by the flat next door.

Bungalows and row houses

An independent house has more ground contact and more entry points, so there is usually a perimeter element to the work — the compound, the garden edge, drain chambers, the terrace and the area around external doors — alongside the internal treatment. Termites and rodents are more common here than in a mid-floor flat.

Housing societies

For society committees we can quote for common areas — stairwells, lift lobbies, basements, parking, garbage points, drain chambers, terraces and shafts — either on their own or combined with individual flats. Treating a whole wing at once is substantially more effective against cockroaches than treating complaining flats one at a time, and usually works out cheaper per flat. Ask us for a society quotation.

Preparing for the visit

  • Clear the kitchen platform, open shelves and the space under the sink.
  • Move food, utensils and crockery out of the treatment area or seal them.
  • Plan for the family and pets to be out of the treated rooms for the period the technician specifies.
  • Tell us in advance about pregnancy, asthma, allergies, infants, elderly residents, pets, aquariums or birds.
  • Do not scrub down the treated gaps afterwards.

On safety: the correct clearance and re-entry time depends on the specific product applied at your premises. Your technician will give you those instructions on the day, and you should follow them rather than any general rule you read online.

Residential Pest Control — common questions

Do you treat single flats or only whole buildings?

Both. A single flat is perfectly normal work. We will tell you honestly if we think the problem is coming from the building rather than your flat, because in that case treating yours alone will give you a temporary result.

We have a baby and a pet. What should we do?

Tell us before the visit. It affects which method and product we choose and which rooms get what. The technician will give you clearance and re-entry timings and tell you what to wash down. Aquariums and birds in particular need to be covered or moved, so mention them specifically.

How often should a home be treated?

There is no single correct interval. Some homes need nothing for a year or more after a problem is cleared; ground-floor flats, houses near open plots or garbage points, and buildings with ongoing society-level issues need more frequent attention. We will suggest an interval for your situation rather than selling a fixed yearly package by default.

Can our society get a combined quotation?

Yes. Send us the number of wings, the number of flats and which common areas you want covered, and we will work out a quotation for the committee. Covering a whole wing together generally works better and costs less per flat than treating complaints individually.
