Cockroach Control
Gel baiting and targeted spraying for kitchens, food areas, drains and service ducts.
See detailsCommercial premises are judged differently from homes. A pest sighting in a restaurant or a clinic is a reputational and compliance problem, not just a nuisance. Our commercial work is built around that: get it under control, keep it under control, and leave you with a record of what was done.
Large covered spaces are usually a combination of thermal fogging across the floor to knock down flying insects, perimeter and racking treatment, and a rodent station programme mapped around the building. Our photographs show this work in progress on a live fabrication floor. Fogging is typically scheduled around production so that the area can be cleared and ventilated.
Cockroaches and rodents are the priorities, with drains, grease traps, bin areas and equipment voids as the focus. We lean on gel baiting and trapping rather than open spraying so the premises can keep operating, and we work after closing or between services wherever possible.
Pantries, washrooms, server and duct voids, cabinet bases and storage are the usual problem areas. A good deal of the work in our gallery is exactly this — treating under counters, behind cabinet lines and along equipment bases in clinics and labs, where fogging a room would be both ineffective and disruptive.
We can work outside your operating hours. For premises that need it, we can provide a record of the visit, what was treated and the products applied, which is what most audits ask for. Tell us at enquiry stage if you need documentation so it is built into the quotation rather than added later.
On safety: the correct clearance and re-entry time depends on the specific product applied at your premises. Your technician will give you those instructions on the day, and you should follow them rather than any general rule you read online.

Tell us a little about the problem and we will come back with the method and the price.
Yes. Night, early morning and weekend work is normal for restaurants, retail, offices and production units. Tell us your window when you enquire so the visit is quoted and scheduled for that slot rather than the convenient one.
We can provide a record of the visit, the areas treated and the products applied. Mention it at enquiry stage so the documentation is part of the quotation. If your audit requires a specific format, send it to us and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Both are available. Warehouses, food premises and clinics usually benefit from a scheduled programme, since the pressure from outside the building does not stop. Offices and smaller units are often fine with one-off treatment plus a review.
It depends on the method. Gel baiting and targeted spraying are close to invisible. Fogging needs the area cleared and ventilated and is the most disruptive. We will tell you which applies and how long the area will be out of use before you confirm.
