What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect the information you type into it:

Your name and mobile number
The service you are asking about and your locality
Optionally: your email address, property type, preferred contact method, preferred date and your description of the pest problem
Your consent to be contacted about the enquiry

Along with your submission we also record technical information about how you arrived at the site: the page the form was sent from, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, or a Google Ads click identifier). This tells us which of our listings or advertisements people are responding to. We do not collect your precise location, and we do not ask for financial information through this website.

We contact you about the enquiry you submitted. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of an enquiry form, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are recorded in a private Google Sheet belonging to Tezz Pest Control and are emailed to our own team. The processing runs on Google Workspace services. Only our team has access. The information is not published anywhere and is not readable by other visitors to this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of work carried out. If you would like your enquiry record deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies by default. Campaign parameters from a link you followed are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage so that they can be attached to an enquiry if you submit one; this is cleared when you close the tab.

If Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled on this site in future, that will involve additional cookies and this policy will be updated to say so, with consent collected where it is required.
