Termite Treatment
Pre-construction and post-construction anti-termite treatment for walls, frames and flooring.
See detailsCockroaches mostly hide in narrow gaps near water and food — behind the platform, under the sink, inside appliance housings, in drawer runners, around drain mouths and in the service duct. Fogging a room does very little against them because it never reaches those spaces. The work has to be placed where the insects actually sit.
For kitchens and food areas, gel baiting is usually the main method. Small dots of bait are placed inside the hinges, joints, corners and voids the cockroaches run through. They feed on it and carry it back, which reaches the ones you never see. Gel is applied in enclosed spots rather than sprayed in the open, so you can normally keep using the kitchen with very little disruption.
Where there is a heavy population, or in drains, ducts, basements, garbage areas and storage, we use a targeted residual spray directed into cracks, gaps and entry lines rather than across open surfaces. This is the work you can see in our photographs — a technician on the floor directing spray into the gap under a sink unit or along a cabinet base, not misting a room.
In flats, cockroaches travel between units through shared plumbing shafts and chute lines. If your neighbours have the same problem, treating one flat will often give you a few clean weeks and then a return. In that situation it is worth asking your society about treating the affected stack together. We are happy to quote for a wing or a full building.
On safety: the correct clearance and re-entry time depends on the specific product applied at your premises. Your technician will give you those instructions on the day, and you should follow them rather than any general rule you read online.

Tell us a little about the problem and we will come back with the method and the price.
With gel baiting you usually see a visible drop within a few days and a much larger reduction over two to three weeks, because the bait has to pass through the population. A heavy infestation in a restaurant or an old building takes longer and often needs a follow-up.
No. Clear the platform, the open shelves and under the sink, and seal or move food and utensils. You do not need to empty cupboards completely unless we tell you a particular unit is a problem.
Gel baiting is close to odourless. Spraying does leave a smell for some hours and needs the area ventilated. Which method we use depends on how bad the problem is, and we will tell you before we start so you can plan meals around it.
Usually yes, by working after closing or between services and relying mainly on gel and targeted application. Tell us your hours when you enquire and we will fit the visit around them.
